I have lived in Cyprus for Just over a year now, I came here for a balance of work, health and the climate. I felt I had a calling to be here and I've never been to Cyprus... so I think that says something, and now I feel it is my home and I haven't looked back. Its all about opportunities and getting better and being positive, challenging yourself and learning.
I am very passionate about my health and fitness and determined to get the best results and to achieve my fitness goals and to help those who need that little bit of a push... that extra motivation to achieve their goals too.
